How We Hire / Hiring Process
The Human Resources Department determines the features required by the job and starts the recruitment process through Internet postings when an employee needs. Human resources, relevant managers and general manager evaluate the applications through interviews with candidates. Successful candidates are placed in proper positions. In addition, each candidate is informed about the interview result.
